Hey! What happens once I place my order?
Thanks for shopping with us and for being a LullaBellz babe! Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be given an order number which begins with #100. A confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout with your order details. (Keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for this too, as sometimes the email is sent here!)
A further email will then be sent as soon as your pretty parcel full of LullaBellz goodies has left our HQ and is whizzed on its way to you in the post! You may also receive an email and/or text message from Royal Mail with further details regarding your delivery. Look out for a gorgeous pink package arriving!
My order hasn’t arrived?
Standard Delivery can take between 3-5 working days, however the large majority of our parcels arrive within just 3 days. Be sure to pop your tracking reference into the Royal Mail Track & Trace service at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item which will update you on the whereabouts of your parcel! If in any case that your order has not arrived after 5 working days with Standard Delivery, drop a message over to our team via our Social links (below) or email our friendly team at Hello@lullabellz.com and we’ll look into this for you!
For Next Day Delivery, if you order by 4pm, Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day. If you order before 4pm on Friday, you will usually receive your parcel on Saturday although we cannot guarantee next day delivery. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be processed until the next working day at our HQ, which is Monday. Please note, this is not a 100% guaranteed service and sometimes delays can occur which are beyond our control.
My tracking number doesn’t work, help!
Don’t fret! The online tracking system can take a few working days to actively update as your parcel progresses through the postal network. This is nothing to worry about and is completely normal. :) If however your tracking number is displaying as ‘incorrect’ or ‘unrecognised’ - drop an email to us and we’ll double check this for ya!
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
As LullaBellz operates super speedy order processing and we work in the wonderful world of fast-fashion, order amendments are not always guaranteed. If you’d prefer a different shade in the Hair Extensions, or an alternate size in clothing after placing your order – pop an email over to Hello@lullabellz.com as soon as possible, and we’ll try our best to change this for you!
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We’re confident that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you decide you no longer wish to keep your order – be sure to let our girls know ASAP via Hello@Lullabellz.com and we can arrange for a cancellation and full refund (providing your order has not already been dispatched).
Will I need to be at home to sign for my parcel?
All of our LullaBellz parcels arrive in super girly bright pink packaging, so they’re pretty hard to miss! A signature will need to be obtained upon delivery, but if for any reason you’re not at home to take the parcel - the postman will likely leave this with a nearby neighbour, or in a designated ‘safe place’. Alternatively, Royal Mail will re-deliver your parcel to the local Sorting Office which can be collected the following working day. In any of these instances, the postman will pop a red note through the letterbox to inform you of this!
How do I process a return?
To process a return, please email hello@Lullabellz.com and one off our friendly team will reply within 24 hours. Please note we do not offer a free returns policy. We recommend you obtain proof of postage or tracking when returning your goods.
I returned my item but haven’t been refunded yet?
All refunds are processed by our fab returns team who aim to process and complete all refund payments within 5 working days of your item(s) being returned to us. Dependent on your individual bank, this may take a further few days to display as a recent transaction on your online banking and/or paper statement. Feel free to drop us an email at Hello@lullabellz.com if your refund has not been received after 21 working days.
Can you use heat on your Hair Extensions?
Sure! Heat can be applied up to 180 degrees using Straighteners on our Premium Synthetic Extensions. However, as these sets are pre-styled and ready to wear – minimal heat is advised. We do not recommend using a hairdryer on the Synthetic hair as this is likely to damage the fibres.
With our 100% Human Hair Extensions, you can of course use any hair appliance with heat higher than 180 degrees, as Human Hair can tolerate much higher temperatures than Synthetic.
How long do your Hair Extensions last?
This varies from person to person and how well the Hair Extensions are treated. We recommend that you properly store your extensions back in their original packaging when you are not wearing them to maintain their style, shape and bounce! Our Premium Synthetic Hair Extensions are better suited for occasional or weekend wear, with a typical lifespan of 3-4 months. With our 100% Human Hair, you can expect a greater longevity as they are made from a different non-fibre material.
What lengths do your Hair Extensions come in?
We stock a wide range of lengths in our Hair Extensions, from short and natural 16” and 18”, up to all out glam hair vibes with our 20-22” and 24” styles!
My Hair Extensions are too long, can you cut them for me?
We are unable to custom trim the hair extensions unfortunately! However, if you find that the Hair Extensions are a little too long - they can of course be trimmed shorter to your desired length. We find that if you brush the hair extensions through and lay them on a flat surface, by using a comb you can measure an equal length across. You don't need to use professional hairdressing scissors if you don't have these.
A lot of our LullaBellz girls and customers trim their Hair Extensions to achieve a much more natural looking length and finish. We also find that by trimming the hair shorter, they appear much thicker at the ends this way too!
I’m struggling to find my colour match! Can you help?
Sure thing girl! Our colour experts are on hand to assist with colour matching from 9am-5pm daily, either using our colour matching form or across all of our Social Media platforms. Whether Twitter is your thing, or you’re more of an Instagram gal – drop us a message along with a photo of your hair taken in natural daylight and we’ll do the rest! Or why not order our fully refundable colour ring to ensure you get the right shade?

My size is sold out, when will it be restocked?
We receive new stock drops weekly to ensure that you’re lookin’ the best with the hottest and most recent LullaBellz trends. Most clothing items and collections are seasonal and once they’re gone – they won’t be re-stocked *sad face*. But don’t worry, keep tabs on our NEW IN page as we’re sure to have something you’ll love just as much – if not more!
