We do not offer exchanges; however, items can be returned to LullaBellz within 14 days for a refund with the exception of our Hair Care Products. I bought a lovely human hair ponytail, it's amazing. It's a perfect match for my colour.
It took a while to get the hang of attaching it, but iv managed now.
Also I trimmed it a bit shorter as it was a bit long for me. But it's perfect now.
