How long do Synthetic Hair Extensions last?

This will vary from person to person and how well the Premium Synthetic Hair Extensions are cared for. We highly recommend that you properly store your extensions in our Satin Storage Bags to maintain their style, shape and bounce when you’re not wearing them. 

To prevent any styling product build-up and to keep your Hair Extensions silky soft, we advise using our specially formulated Hair Extension Shampoo & Conditioner products on the hair, along with our Revive & Thrive Hair Mask to deeply hydrate and nourish your Hair Extensions.

How long do Human Hair Extensions last?

With our 100% Luxury Gold Remy Human Hair, you can expect a greater longevity as long as they are well cared for. Appropriate storage and aftercare will extend the lifespan of your extensions. When not wearing the Hair Extensions, ensure that they are properly stored in your complimentary champagne Satin Storage Bag to maintain their condition.

We highly recommend the use of our Hair Fuel Shampoo and Conditioner, and Revive & Thrive Hair Mask to replenish the condition of your Human Hair Extensions and ensure that they remain incredibly silky and soft to the touch. These products have been specifically formulated for use with our Premium Synthetic and Luxury Gold Human Hair Extensions to cleanse, rehydrate and completely nourish the hair from weft to tip.

I’m struggling to find a colour match! Can you help?

Of course! We pride ourselves on our quick and easy solutions to colour matching. With over 30 universal shades available, we’re confident we have a colour for you.

At LullaBellz, we offer a FREE Online Colour Match service, whereby you can send in a few images of your hair taken in natural daylight, and one of our Hair Experts will respond within 24 hours with your ideal colour recommendation. 

We also offer Synthetic & Human Hair Colour Swatch Samples on our website - allowing you to match up your shade to one of our samples at home, before committing to purchasing a full set of extensions in your chosen shade. 

Additionally, we have our full colour chart which displays all of the shades we offer, and compares them to a well-known food/household item, so you can find your colour match based on an item you may already be familiar with.

How long does it take to receive my online colour match?

We aim to respond to all colour match requests within 24 hours, however at peak times this may take longer.

Please only contact us via one platform (e-mail, WhatsApp, Instagram etc) - as sending in multiple colour match requests may push back our response time or result in different shade recommendations.

Can I use a hairdryer on my Synthetic Hair Extensions?

We highly advise against the use of hairdryers on Synthetic Hair Extensions, as the hair can only tolerate heat up to a temperature of 180°C. Using anything higher than this temperature may damage or singe the hair. It’s always best to leave your Hair Extensions to air dry naturally overnight for the best results.

Can I use purple shampoo or toner on my Synthetic Hair Extensions?

We don’t recommend using any purple shampoo or toners on Synthetic Hair Extensions, as the product won’t take to the fibres. 

If you’re looking to achieve an ashy shade in our Synthetic Hair range, check out our California Blonde or Light Golden Blonde shades - as these have a cool, silvery undertone.

What products do you recommend to maintain my Hair Extensions?

Maintaining your Hair Extensions is the key to silky soft and luxurious locks with longevity! Using our specially formulated Hair Fuel Shampoo & Conditioner will ensure that your Hair Extensions are cleansed with a boost of hydration to retain the hairs natural silk-soft texture.

For an extra added dose of nourishment, our Revive & Thrive Hair Mask is the ideal product to replenish the condition of your Hair Extensions if they start to feel dry or frizzy. Leave the mask on overnight for optimal results.

How much do LullaBellz Hair Extensions cost?

Our Hair Extensions vary in price depending on the finish, style and length. With a vast array of products in our Premium Synthetic and Luxury Gold Human Hair range - we have a style to suit all! 

Prices range from £16 - £69 in our Synthetic Hair Extensions, and from £150 - £250 in our Human Hair Collection, depending on thickness and length.

Can you dye Synthetic Hair Extensions?

As our Synthetic Hair Extensions are made from a premium mono-fibre material, we highly advise against using any hair dyes, as this could potentially damage the hair and is unlikely to take to the fibres.

We pride ourselves in stocking a vast array of over 34 colours - from bombshell blondes to the richest chocolate brown and sleek black shades. Don’t worry too much if we don’t have your shade available, we are always striving to expand our product and shade range - so we hope to cater to your hair colour in the near future!

Can you use heat on Human Hair Extensions?

As our Human Hair Extensions are made from 100% Grade A Remy Human Hair, you can of course style them just like you would your own hair with heat styling tools (Straighteners, Curling Wands, Crimping Tools etc).

To prevent unnecessary heat damage, we would always advise using our 12-in-1 Hot Girl Spritz prior to using any heat tools, to keep your extensions silky soft and in the best overall condition!

Can you use heat on Synthetic Hair Extensions?

All of our Synthetic Hair Extensions are pre-styled and ready to wear for your convenience, however if you want to tweak the style, you can! Heat can be applied using Straighteners up to 180 degrees. We don’t recommend using any heat styling tool which exceeds this temperature, as it will damage the fibres.

To curl the hair, Ceramic Heated Rollers can be applied to small sections of the hair extensions. Ensure that you leave these to set in the hair for around 30-45 mins. Once they have completely cooled, gently remove the rollers from the hair to reveal soft, bouncy curls!

Do you stock highlighted shades?

We do! We stock over 30 shades, with the majority of these being highlighted or multi-tonal to ensure a seamless blend. 

We have a heavily highlighted range which consists of; Highlighted Champagne, Mellow Brown, Toffee Brown and Blondette, and our subtle multi-tonal range where the highlights and lowlights are much more soft and low-key.

Do you sell Hair Extensions for short hair?

For shorter hair types, especially those with a blunt cut, we always recommend investing in our Super Thick 5 Piece Hair Extensions.

These sets are incredibly versatile and full of volume, ensuring a seamless finish and an undetectable blend to shorter length hair.

I have fine/thin hair, are Hair Extensions suitable for me?

Absolutely! For finer hair types, we always recommend lightly backcombing the root section of your hair to create some subtle texture. By doing so, this allows the Hair Extensions some extra ‘grip’ and ensures that the clip-ins remain completely secure without the risk of slipping.

When it comes to blending, backcombing the inner side of the top section of your natural hair can also help massively. Rather than your natural hair laying completely flat against the hair extensions (which can sometimes make the extensions become visible if there are gaps in your hair).

Our 1 Piece Hair Extensions are ideal for finer hair types, as these are just one weft of hair rather than several individual pieces, which may appear bulky on thinner hair.

What payment options are available?

We accept all leading Debit and Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal as payment methods. 

Clearpay and Klarna are also available to spread the cost of your purchase into instalments with their ‘Shop now, Pay Later’ or ‘Pay in 3’ options. Please spend responsibly.

I haven’t received a confirmation email , help!

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation page will be displayed which shows your order as successful. An email will then be sent which includes your order summary, payment and delivery details. 

Order confirmation emails are usually sent directly to your inbox, however sometimes these can filter into your junk/spam email folder - so it’s best to double-check here first!

If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, this may be due to a typo error in your email address. Please reach out to our Customer Care team who will be happy to help with this.

My address is wrong on my order, can I change this?

Providing that your order is still in the processing stage and hasn’t been dispatched, it may be possible for us to amend your shipping address. Please reach out to our team via email with your LullaBellz order number and new address details as soon as you can.

If your order was placed using EVRi as the delivery handler, it may be possible for us to provide the courier with your new address details as an in-flight option, after your order has been dispatched from us. Please contact us for more details.

I’ve ordered a bundle, however I’ve received two different shades - help!

When purchasing any of our Hair Extension bundles on the website, each shade must be selected for both products separately. If only one shade is selected, a default shade will automatically be selected for the other item. Please ensure that all shades are correct in your shopping basket before submitting your order with us.

Can I amend my order?

Due to system limitations, at present we are only able to change the colour of an item once an order has been placed. As we operate super quick and efficient order processing, it may not always be possible to change your order in time - however every effort will be made to try to amend this for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We’re confident that you will love your purchase, however if you decide that your order is no longer required, it may be possible to cancel and refund this before it is dispatched. 

Please reach out to our Customer Care team on hello@lullabellz.com, referencing your order number and reason for cancelling. If authorised, a cancellation and refund email will be sent to you to confirm this.

What delivery options are available?

We offer a wide range of delivery methods, depending on your destination country and also how quickly you want to receive your LullaBellz order!

Select UK Standard Delivery for your parcel to arrive within 2-5 working days via EVRi. Need your hair goals in a hurry? Opt for one of our UK Next Day services to receive your order the next working day (please note: this method excludes Bank Holidays and Weekends).

For delivery to the EU and Rest of the World, we offer a standard fully tracked service which arrives within 5-10 working days typically.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us which entails your order summary, shipping address, payment details and tracking info.

You can copy and paste your tracking number on the relevant couriers website (Royal Mail / EVRi / DHL)  for delivery updates, depending on which shipping method you selected.

Our delivery prices vary depending on the shipping method you select and also your destination country. All UK orders over £40 will qualify for FREE Standard delivery (2-5 working days).

My tracking isn’t updating on the courier website?

UK - Our parcels are scanned at various intervals as they are progressed through the postal network. Busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday can cause postal delays due to the couriers handling a high volume of mail, however please be rest assured that your order will be making its way to you (and it’s completely worth the wait)!

Sometimes the tracking link can be displayed as ‘Sender preparing item’ (Royal Mail) or ‘We’re expecting it’ (EVRi). If after 5 working days, your tracking link is still displaying the same information, please reach out to our Customer Care team via e-mail on hello@lullabellz.com who will be happy to assist!

EU / Rest of the World - Sometimes tracking links can stall as your parcel is progressing through the postal network. This is especially common with International shipping as parcel scans can be quite limited, however please don’t worry. It’s likely that your parcel is awaiting to clear customs and will soon be back on the move!

If after 10 working days, your tracking link is still displaying the same information, please reach out to our Customer Care team using the above email, who will be happy to help!

My order hasn’t arrived?

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and your location. 

Standard Delivery orders typically take between 2-5 working days to arrive, and Next Day Delivery is guaranteed (providing your order is placed before the 6pm/ 9pm Mon-Fri cut-off with Royal Mail and EVRi respectively).

 However, in the unlikely event that your order has still not arrived after 10 working days* - Please reach out to our Customer Care team on hello@lullabellz.com who will be happy to look into this further for you.

* Please note that this does not apply to International Delivery, which is an approx 5-10 working day service. Please allow a further few working days for any customs assessments to be undertaken.

What is your Returns Policy?

We do not offer exchanges; however, items can be returned to LullaBellz within 30 days for a refund with the exception of our Hair Care Products. LullaBellz Hair Care products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, this includes our Shampoo & Conditioner, Knots Out Detangling Spray, 12-in-1 Hot Girl Spritz, Revive & Thrive Hair Mask, Slick & Fix Styling Gel & Slick Back Down Baby Hair Styler.

Hair Extensions must be unopened and unworn to qualify for a return. In order for a return to be authorised, Hair Extensions must be fully attached to the backboard packaging in which they arrived, with all original hygiene netting and tags fully intact. 

I’ve returned an item, however I haven’t received my refund?

As soon as we have received your return, we will notify you via email and carry out all necessary actions. Please note whilst we strive to process all returns as quickly as possible on arrival, this could take up to 20 working days.

Returns are processed in date order and so there is no way to locate or identify an individual return until this is processed by the Returns Team and scanned into the system. Once the return is processed and refund issued, you will be notified by email directly from our Returns Team.
