We have chosen to source our hair from Europe, as we believe it offers the highest quality and longevity compared to hair sourced from India, China, or Mongolia. As indicated on our packaging, all our extensions are made from European Remy Human Hair.

What does "Double Drawn" hair mean?

Double-drawn hair refers to extensions that are thick from root to tip, ensuring uniform volume and superior quality. This type of hair tends to last significantly longer than single-drawn hair, providing a fuller, more luxurious look.

What’s Covered:

Our guarantee applies strictly to manufacturing faults. During our testing process, we look for:

  • Excessive shedding
  • Matting or tangling that isn’t due to product build-up or improper care
  • Discolouration not caused by external factors (e.g. incorrect washing, haircare, UV rays or heat styling)
  • Irregular texture or inconsistent curl/pattern
  • Cuticle misalignment 
  • Elasticity issues 
  • Nano bond snapping – if more than 10% of nano bonds are found to have snapped under normal use and correct application within the first 30 days.

If any of these faults are found and verified through our testing process, a replacement, credit or refund will be offered as per our policy.

Salt Water: Causes discolouration and dryness. Rinse after exposure.

Sulphates: Strips moisture, causing dryness. Avoid sulphate products.

Chlorine: Leads to matting and discolouration. Avoid or use a swim cap.

Silver Shampoo/Toners: Overuse dries and damages extensions. Use sparingly.

UV Rays/Sunbeds: Can fade and damage extensions. Keep hair covered.

Hard Water: Causes buildup and dryness. Use a shower filter.

Bond Building Products: May weaken bonds, breakdown the structure of hair extensions and cause knotting & matting
